With a MBA and an international foreign trade and sales experience, Mihaela smoothly navigates even the most complicated transactions in a fast-paced, easy, and pleasant manner.
Entering the real estate business more than a decade ago, she has been a top producer for Long and Foster, Weichert, and Urban Suburban Real Estate, LLC. She has received numerous sales awards and mentored new real estate professionals. With experience in buying and selling income producing properties, multi-family, and commercial properties, she works with investors to identify the most profitable properties while always being realistic about her clients’ options and goals.
She leverages a network of business partners, including lenders, property inspectors/feasibility consultants, real estate lawyers, contractors, property managers, and title companies to help investors receive detailed and accurate information and make wise decisions.
Her entrepreneurial spirit, experience, and the income/value approach to real estate makes her help invaluable for buyers and sellers alike. She takes a pride in disclosing all the present and future expenses and potential issues which come with the ownership so that her clients can make a wise decisions.
She has always placed a great deal of emphasis on professional education and achievement, regularly attending CCIM, real estate investment, and historical properties courses and continuing to learn about new professional standards and the latest ideas in marketing, entrepreneurship, technology, and media. She is also a member of the Metropolitan Information System (MRIS), National Association of Realtors – Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, and several real estate investment associations in the Washington, DC area.
She loves the European flare of Washington, DC: intriguing, eclectic architectural styles; museums and historic sites; romantic parks; the Potomac River; the diverse restaurant scene; and high end fashion stores. She also likes antiques, fashion, cooking, being outdoors and reading books about entrepreneurship and self-improvement.
She strongly believes in the power of the truth, unlimited personal growth, financial freedom, gratitude and inner peace.
